Full service details, scope, and timelines are outlined in the individual Service Agreements signed between the company and each client.

Service Agreement

By contracting our services, clients agree to a formal Service Agreement, which includes the scope of work, service timeline, and pricing. This agreement operates in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any specific contractual clauses.

Payment Policy

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule outlined in the service contract. All payments should be transferred to our official bank account. In cases of delayed or missed payments, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide all necessary information relevant to the project.
Ensure a safe and accessible environment for work to be carried out.
Bear any additional charges or delays resulting from failure to meet these responsibilities.

Warranty Terms

We provide warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the project type, area, and waterproofing materials used. Warranties primarily cover material and workmanship defects.
Warranty claims do not cover issues arising from:

Improper maintenance
External damage
Environmental or moisture-related conditions not caused by our work.

Clients may submit a claim within the warranty period for re-inspection and assessment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total cost of the contracted service. We are not responsible for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses due to accidents, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a breach by providing written notice.
If the client cancels after service initiation, charges will apply for work completed up to that point.
In the case of cancellation or delays from our end due to unforeseen issues, we will promptly inform the client and reschedule services accordingly.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We do not share personal data with any third party unless legally required.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for service failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or terrorism.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Singapore’s legal system.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
